An Update!

SO.......Here is the blog. We have just recently bottled our "Jackrabbit ale". And the Lager is in the fermentation bucket for 3 weeks? I can't remember exactly. Our next brew is to most likely be some sort of stout. Which if we plan it right the stout and the lager will be done at the exact same time. (the lager has to ferment for longer). In that case we will hopefully be able to partake in a HillShock Black and tan! (stout+lager in the same glass) We have a working logo, facebook page, twitter account and an email address. Right now we are just going through and getting a feel for some of the ideas we would like to try. We have some cool beer ideas but want to get a good basis to build those ideas on. For the next few batches you will hopefully just see some damn good beer. And after that, if the stars align, you will see some extraordinary beer. And probably a couple test batches that didn't go as planned. So stay tune, stay in touch and stay classy.
